WHY CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT?

Custom Residential entered the Property Management sector of the industry on the basic premise that:

“There just has to be a better way.”

The team at Custom noticed other agencies working on the basis of purely seeking to build huge, high-volume rent rolls that are incredibly hard to manage effectively and we saw a need to do things differently.

We could clearly see that there was a place for a lower-volume and more boutique approach to City-Fringe property management so we put together the Custom Residential Select Portfolio.

  4. We complete a full professional floorplan of each property to assist with the marketing of that home and provide prospective tenants with the very best information possible.
