“Throughout my five plus years in the industry, I've learnt that the key to success is communication,” says Danielle, who is also big on outstanding customer service. “Before working in property management, I spent many years in running my own hospitality businesses, and what I’ve taken away from that is that exceptional customer service is not just a mind set, it’s a way to do business.”

Danielle is the proud mother of four children aged between 7 and 25, and this has a profound impact on the way she operates. Family values and integrity are key, which translates into strong relationships with her portfolio of clients.
